AHT Cooling Systems

Daikin Central Europe established a new strategic business unit (SBU) for commercial refrigeration, combining products and services from Daikin and AHT Cooling Systems, following Daikin's acquisition of AHT in 2019. The SBU will serve 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.

Daikin Industries, through its subsidiary Daikin Europe N.V., has acquired AHT Cooling Systems GmbH for €881 million. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in January 2019.

Daikin Industries has agreed to acquire AHT Group, a leading European commercial refrigeration showcase manufacturer, for €881 million. The acquisition will be completed through Daikin Europe N.V. and is planned for January 2019.

Bridgepoint agreed to sell AHT Cooling Systems, a global leader in commercial plug-in refrigeration equipment, to Daikin Europe N.V., a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Ltd of Japan.
