Aquaphor

AQUAPHOR opened a third factory in Estonia, an 11,000 sqm facility in Narva, to produce membrane water treatment and desalination systems. The plant will ship nearly 300 million filters and APRO reverse osmosis systems annually.

Aquaphor plans to build a new 110,000 sq m production facility in Narva, Estonia, with an estimated investment of €200 million. The plant will produce up to 1 million water treatment systems per year and create about 700 jobs.

Saur announced the acquisition of Aquapor, a leading Portuguese water concession management company, from DST Ambiente. The deal adds approximately €120 million in revenues and 1,300 employees, making Saur the third operator in Iberia.

Aquaphor is investing EUR 20 million to expand its production units in Sillamäe and Narva, Estonia, adding new production capacity for innovative water filters and a logistics center, creating about 250 new jobs.
