MedTechServis won a 1.378 billion ruble offset contract to build a test strip production facility in Primorsky Krai, investing about 300 million rubles over two years, with first delivery by November 2025.

MedTechServis opened a plant in Irkutsk, Russia, producing glucometers and test strips for blood sugar measurement. Investment was about 500 million rubles, with capacity for over 300 million test strips per year and 70 employees.
