Fineska agrees to buy Arjowiggins specialty paper units from Sequana
Fineska B.V. agreed to acquire Arjowiggins Papiers Couches/Arjowiggins Creative Papers from Sequana SA for EUR 125 million, with net proceeds to Sequana around EUR 20 million. Completion is expected by the end of October 2018.
