VantaCore Partners

An affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, in partnership with StonePoint Materials, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire VantaCore Partners, a producer of crushed stone, sand and gravel. The deal aims to build a national aggregates and construction materials company.
