Medical Developments International (MVP) will buy back the European Union rights to its Penthrox methoxyflurane inhaler from Mundipharma for €3 million, plus a 5% royalty up to a maximum of €5 million. A 6-month transition period begins September 1, 2020.

Mundipharma won an exclusive technology export contract from Kolon Life Science to launch Invossa, a cell-mediated gene therapy for degenerative arthritis, in Japan. The contract is effective for 15 years after launch, with a total value of $591.6 million.
