Zyfra

Shanthi Gears, part of the Murugappa Group, awarded a contract to Finnish-Russian industrial digital solutions provider Zyfra to implement the MDCplus real-time machine monitoring and manufacturing data collection system at its facility in Chennai, India.

Zyfra acquired a majority stake in VIST Group, a mining industry management systems developer, for 2 billion rubles ($30 million), with the deal due to close in 2020.
