Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited

The Competition Commission of India approved a combination involving India Resurgence Fund acquiring a stake in Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited, and Digvijay Cement acquiring a stake in Hi-Bond Cement (India) Private Limited.

Private equity firm True North has signed an agreement to acquire Votorantim Cimentos' 75% stake in Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited (SDCCL) for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes a mandatory open offer to minority shareholders.
