O'Neal Flat Rolled Metals

Norfolk Iron & Metal Co. acquired O'Neal Flat Rolled Metals (OFR), a North American metals service center focused on non-ferrous and carbon flat-rolled products. OFR will revert to its former name, Metalwest. The acquisition adds eight locations and expands product lines.

Norfolk Iron & Metal Co. and O'Neal Industries Inc. have entered into a definitive agreement in which Norfolk Iron will acquire O'Neal Flat Rolled Metals LLC. The closing is expected by year end.
