Longview Aviation Capital Corp.

De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, a subsidiary of Longview Aviation Capital, completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of the Dash 8 aircraft program from Bombardier Inc. for approximately US$300 million.

Longview Aviation Capital Corp., parent of Viking Air, agreed to acquire the entire Dash 8 program including Q400 from Bombardier Inc., along with rights to the de Havilland brand. Production will continue at the Downsview, Ontario facility.
