Tillicoultry Quarries

Tillicoultry Quarries has finalized the purchase of four concrete plant site locations from CEMEX, located at Perth, Dundee, Cardenden and Greenock. The acquisition includes eight employees and increases Tillicoultry Quarries' geographic reach for ready mixed concrete products.

Tillicoultry Quarries acquired 100% of the share capital of Hugh King & Co Holdings, a producer of dried mortar and render products and supplier of sports sand. The deal includes three sand quarries in Ayrshire, Scotland, and all 40 employees will be retained.
