Acero Prime

Feralloy Processing Company and Acero Prime announced plans to open a new 300,000 square foot steel service center in Sinton, Texas, scheduled to be operational in Q3 2021. Butech Bliss will supply a stretch leveling cut-to-length line and a slitting line for the facility.

Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has acquired the remaining 40% ownership interest in Acero Prime, a toll processor in Mexico, from its joint venture partner U.S. Steel, gaining full ownership of four locations including the Monterrey facility.
