IDEX acquires intellectual property of Phantom Controls for its fire and safety segment
IDEX Corporation announced the acquisition of the intellectual property assets of Phantom Controls, a St. Louis fire-pump control company, which will operate within IDEX Fire & Safety. The deal was announced on June 28, 2018.
