ECEBOL inaugurated its new 1.3Mta cement plant in Caracollo, Oruro, Bolivia, representing a US$306 million investment by the government.

The head of Sociedad Accidental Imasa Polysius said the 1.3Mt/yr cement plant in Potosí, Bolivia, is more than 45% complete, with the half-way mark expected by end of October 2018. The plant costs around US$240m.
