Danos

Louisiana-based energy services company Danos acquired substantially all assets of X-Pro LLC and its inventory-holding affiliate Surplus Valve Warehouse LLC, expanding its valve and wellhead services.

Louisiana oilfield services firm Danos won multiple contracts from an unnamed midstream provider to fabricate, install and automate compressor station components at five Permian Basin sites in Texas and New Mexico, with work started in June 2019.

Danos has secured a contract with Williams Partners to modify valve and piping at the Pine Needle LNG storage facility in Stokesdale, North Carolina, including replacing 27 pressure safety valves, over roughly four months.

Danos has finished fabricating three boarding valve skids and one service line skid for Shell's Appomattox deepwater facility in Amelia, Louisiana. The roughly 12-month project was delivered on budget.
