Hexa-Lotos to launch geosynthetics plant in Astrakhan region by end of 2018
Hexa-Lotos, a subsidiary of Hexa, will commission the first phase of a polymer fabric plant in the Lotos special economic zone in Astrakhan, Russia, by the end of 2018. Investment is RUB 330 million, with first-phase capacity of 60 tonnes per month.
