BASF has completed the sale of its ultrafiltration membranes business, including the inge GmbH subsidiary and its Greifenberg site, to DuPont Safety & Construction. Financial details were not disclosed.

DuPont acquired Desalitech on December 11, 2019. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

DuPont has signed an agreement to acquire Desalitech Ltd., a closed circuit reverse osmosis company. The transaction is expected to close in January 2020. Financial terms were not disclosed.

DuPont Safety & Construction signed an agreement to acquire the Ultrafiltration Membrane business from BASF, including inge GmbH and its headquarters and production site in Greifenberg, Germany. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2019.

BASF agreed to acquire Solvay's global non-European polyamide 6.6 business, including an ADN production stake, for €1.3 billion. The deal includes eight production sites and is expected to close by end of 2019.

Inge has won a contract from Doosan Heavy Industries to supply ultrafiltration solutions for the Sharqiyah desalination plant in Oman, covering 12 T-Rack 3.0 racks with over 1,400 UF modules.
