UZTM-Karteks, a division of Uralmashzavod, will create a service center with production of spare parts for excavators at the Kemerovokhimmash site in Kemerovo Oblast. An agreement was signed at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2019).

SDS Limited has acquired the water recycling division of Waterscan Ltd, including its commercial rainwater harvesting business and Intellistorm smart rainwater management system.

SDS has partnered with off-site build specialist Asset International to establish a UK manufacturing base for its Aqua-Swirl and Aqua-Filter water quality treatment devices, with production already begun at Asset's plant in Newport.
