TICA

Chinese group TICA, through its Italian subsidiary Tica-Exergy Srl, has acquired the operating business of Sebigas srl, a biogas plant design and construction company, for a total of €840,168 in a court auction. Sebigas will be based in Olgiate Olona.

Tica, a Chinese HVAC manufacturer, acquired Exergy, an Italy-based specialist in Organic Rankine Cycle systems, from Maccaferri Industrial Group, including its headquarters near Milan and a Turkish subsidiary.

TICA (Tianjia Environment) announced the acquisition of SMARDT, the global leader in magnetic bearing (oil-free) centrifugal chiller (OFC) central air conditioning systems. The acquisition was signed on October 10, 2018.
