Dana acquires majority stake in TM4 from Hydro-Québec in electric motor joint venture
Dana Incorporated becomes majority shareholder of TM4, Hydro-Québec's electric motor and inverter subsidiary, for CA$165 million, with Hydro-Québec keeping 45%. TM4's Boucherville, Québec facility and 130 employees remain in place.
