Keystone Heart

Venus Medtech Inc., a Chinese transcatheter heart valve company, has signed an agreement to acquire Keystone Heart Ltd., a medical device company that makes the TriGUARD 3 cerebral embolic protection device. The acquisition gives Venus Medtech international rights to TriGUARD 3 and establishes its presence in the US and EMEA.

Israeli company Keystone Heart has acquired privately held medical device company 510 Kardiac Devices for an undisclosed amount.
