Mauser Group, BWAY, National Container Group and Industrial Container Services formed Mauser Packaging Solutions, based in Oak Brook, Illinois, to offer metal, plastic, fibre and hybrid packaging. The announcement was made on October 12, 2018.
BWAY, MAUSER Group, National Container Group and Industrial Container Services have combined into one packaging company, Mauser Packaging Solutions, headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois, with over 11,000 employees and consolidated revenue of $4 billion.
Stone Canyon Industries, through subsidiary BWAY, agreed to acquire the parent of Industrial Container Services from Centerbridge Partners in a cash-and-stock deal with an enterprise value of about $1.0 billion. Closing is subject to regulatory approvals.
Dewitt Barrels Inc and DBI Recycling were sold to Industrial Container Services of Maitland, Florida, which plans to merge the Marne, Michigan company with an Illinois subsidiary. The founding family is retiring, and terms were not disclosed.
