Cementation Canada

Cementation Canada won the design and construction contract for a new internal shaft for Glencore's Onaping Depth nickel project at the Craig mine in Ontario. The contract includes a 7.2-metre production shaft, hoist rooms and underground headframe. The new mine is scheduled to reach commercial production in 2025.

Cementation Canada Inc. was awarded the design and construction of a new internal underground shaft for the Onaping Depth Project at Glencore's Craig Mine in Sudbury, Ontario. The contract value was not disclosed, but Glencore has allocated $700 million for the project.
