Firstmark Corp.

Ontic completed its acquisition of Firstmark Corp., parent of Twin Commander, Aircraft Belts, and Firstmark Aerospace, expanding its aerospace and defense parts and support portfolio into the general aviation market.

British aviation services provider BBA Aviation acquired Firstmark Corp, a US manufacturer of components for aerospace and defence, for $97 million. Firstmark will operate under Ontic, a BBA Aviation subsidiary.

Ontic, a subsidiary of BBA Aviation, announced an agreement to acquire Firstmark Corp., a provider of engineered components for aerospace and defense. The acquisition is expected to close in late 2018.
