John Wood Group PLC agreed to sell its 50% interest in RWG (Repair & Overhauls) Limited to Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG for $135 million cash. RWG provides repair and overhaul services for industrial aero-derivative gas turbines. The transaction is expected to close in late 2025 or early 2026.

RWG (Repair and Overhauls) and Oilfield Solutions (International) Limited announced a global collaborative agreement to support Siemens Energy SGT-A05 aeroderivative gas turbine packages, combining MRO services with specialist support.

Siemens appointed RWG (Repair & Overhauls Ltd), a Siemens and Wood company, as its partner for new assembly and testing of the SGT-A05 KB7 HE gas turbine at RWG's Houston facility.
