Phoenix Group, a robotics and automation company, acquired Bit Mapper Integration Technologies (BMIT) of Pune, India, to strengthen its FPGA and embedded design capabilities.

Hitachi Building Systems and Hitachi Lift India have been awarded a contract by Phoenix Group to supply 106 elevators for two large-scale office buildings in Hyderabad, India. This is the largest elevator order for Hitachi in India.

Keystone Dental Inc. announced a merger agreement with Paltop Advanced Dental Solutions Ltd. The merger includes an additional $20 million investment from Accelmed Growth Partners, Phoenix Holdings, and Poalim Capital Markets.

Private equity firm JMC Capital Partners agreed to acquire Phoenix, a Milwaukee-based rugged LED lighting specialist for mining. Founder George Wordingham will retire and sell his stake. Phoenix will continue operations in Milwaukee.
