Rusmar

Rusmar Inc., a manufacturer of chemical products for landfill and remediation markets, has acquired NCM Odor Control, Inc., a provider of odor neutralizers and perimeter control systems. NCM will become part of Rusmar's solution offering.

L.C. Group sold Crowley Chemical, Inc. and Rusmar, Inc. to Palo Duro Capital, LLC. The companies will become part of newly-formed CCR Specialty Chemicals, LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
