GEO Specialty Chemicals

CPS Performance Materials (Arsenal Capital) has acquired GEO Specialty Chemicals, a company producing specialty chemicals and materials for coatings, adhesives, medical, water treatment and construction markets.

Private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners acquired Geo Specialty Chemicals, a supplier of materials for coatings, adhesives, water treatment, and contact lenses. Financial details were not disclosed.

CPS Performance Materials announced the acquisition of GEO Specialty Chemicals on September 3, 2019.

DSV in the UK was awarded a two-year contract with GEO Specialty Chemicals to provide domestic and multimarket export fulfilment services for chemicals manufactured at GEO's facility in Hythe, Southampton.
