Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited has acquired a 51% majority stake in Mehru Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of high-voltage instrument transformers, for INR 120 crore (approx. USD 14.4 million). The acquisition expands Quality Power's capabilities in high-voltage equipment manufacturing.
