Berlin Packaging completed its acquisition of Novio Packaging, creating a merged business with sales above EUR 1.3 billion across Europe and North America.
Berlin Packaging agreed to acquire Netherlands-based Novio Packaging Group, which has about 160 employees and operations across northern Europe, adding plastic and glass packaging capacity. The deal was announced on 29 October 2019 and the value was not disclosed.
