Innospec Inc. expanded production capacity for its Drag Reducing Agents (DRA) technology at its plant in Pleasanton, Texas. The second phase of capacity expansion will come on-stream during August 2020.

Innospec has broken ground on a new site for the manufacture of Drag Reducing Agents (DRA).

Innospec announced it will invest $11.75 million and add 30 jobs at its facility in Spencer, North Carolina, including renovating the administrative facility, adding a rail spur, and building two 30,000-square-foot warehouses.

Innospec has begun construction on two 30,000-square-foot warehouses at its Spencer, North Carolina site, to be completed before the end of 2018. The company is also designing a new corporate global technology center with a laboratory, expected to be occupied sometime in 2019.
