SAMP reached agreement to sell a 45% stake in SETIC to GAUDER & Co. As part of the deal, SETIC transfers some of its POURTIER low and medium voltage business to SAMP, and SAMP gains exclusivity to produce and sell POURTIER machines for low and medium voltage under the SAMP POURTIER brand.

Odeskyi Kabelnyi Zavod (Odesa Cable Plant) launched a new production complex for LAN cables on August 21, 2018, using equipment from NIEHOFF and SETIC, increasing monthly LAN cable capacity by over 5,000 km.
