Tomskneftekhim

Tomskneftekhim, a SIBUR subsidiary, plans to invest 15 billion rubles to expand polyethylene capacity by about 22,000 tonnes per year (8%) and polypropylene capacity by about 16,000 tonnes per year (10%). The polyethylene upgrade is planned for mid-2026, and polypropylene work by 2027.

SIBUR's subsidiary Tomskneftekhim completed a major upgrade of its polypropylene and LDPE production lines, increasing polypropylene capacity by 9.3% to 140 ktpa and LDPE capacity to 270 ktpa, with over RUB 10 billion investment.
