Asko Holding acquired a majority stake in Hy-Brid Lifts, a designer and manufacturer of hybrid scissor lifts based in Richfield, Wisconsin. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Stakeholders of Xerium Technologies approved the merger agreement with Andritz AG, under which Xerium will be acquired by Andritz. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2018, pending remaining regulatory approvals.
