Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District awards $24M UV disinfection contracts
The Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District board approved contracts totaling nearly $24 million to install ultraviolet disinfection equipment at two water reclamation plants. Stanek Contractors Inc. will build UV facilities at the Saugus plant for $6.73 million, and Myers and Sons Construction LLC will build at the Valencia plant for $17.08 million.
