Moya Holdings Asia secured an expansion amendment to its build-operate-transfer agreement with PDAM in Tangerang, Indonesia, increasing the pipe network to 1,200 km from 631 km and water supply capacity to 2,000 lps from 950 lps, to be completed by 2024.
