ZCCM-Investment Holdings signed a shareholders' agreement with China Machinery Construction Group (SinoConst) to develop a US$480 million cement plant in Masaiti, Zambia, with a production capacity of 2.1 million tonnes of cement annually and creating about 1,000 jobs.
