The Egyptian Germany Electric Manufacturing Company (EGEMAC) won a $605 million contract from the Egyptian New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to construct five transformer substations in New Cairo, Badr, Qena, and Obour. The contract is expected to be signed within a month and has a duration of 10 to 12 months.
