Versalift

Versalift, a Time Manufacturing Company, acquired Cannon Truck Equipment to create a new company-owned distributor called Versalift Midwest, expanding sales, parts, and service coverage for aerial lifts and related equipment in the Midwest region.

Versalift and XJ Electric (Xuji) completed negotiations on two joint ventures to manufacture bucket trucks and aerial lifts for China's electric power grid. An official announcement is scheduled for December 18, 2018.
