Ingersoll Rand agreed to acquire Holtec Gas Systems, a nitrogen generator manufacturer in Saint Charles, Missouri with about $10 million annual revenue. It is one of three acquisitions announced on 1 August 2022 for a combined cash price of about $35 million.
