Sichuan Chengyu Expressway's subsidiary Zhonglu Energy signed a framework agreement with Zhongyou Yanchang to purchase chemical products including fuel oil from October 30 to December 31, 2019.

Sichuan Chengyu Expressway's subsidiary Zhonglu Energy signed framework agreements with Zhongyou Yanshen to purchase fuel oil and mixed aromatics, and to sell isooctane and heavy oil, from July 19 to December 31, 2018, each with a transaction cap of CNY350 million.
