BENALU Group acquired LEGRAS INDUSTRIES, a French specialist in moving floor semi-trailers, creating the BENALU-LEGRAS Group with a combined turnover of €250 million. LEGRAS INDUSTRIES has annual revenue of about €80 million and employs 250 people.

BENALU has taken over the activities of the Maisonneuve Group, a French leader in tank-vehicle design and manufacture. Maisonneuve's plant in Cérences, France, has a turnover of around €20 million and employs 130 people.
