Thöni-Gruppe

Thöni Gruppe received one of its largest multi-year orders to manufacture and supply complex aluminium structural assemblies for a leading premium sedan. The contract runs from 2028 to 2036, covering about one million parts and 20,000 tonnes of aluminium, and will create 30 new jobs at its Pfaffenhofen plant.

Thöni-Gruppe is building a 20,000 sqm production hall in Pfaffenhofen, Austria, with a €70 million investment. The plant will house a 5,600-ton aluminum extrusion press and an IHU press, creating 150 jobs, with production starting in spring 2019.
