Noblelift Intelligent Equipment

Noblelift's subsidiary Wuxi Zhongding Integration Technology won a CNY229 million ($36 million) contract from CATL to supply six automated testing logistics systems, to be delivered between September and November 2021.

Noblelift Intelligent Equipment plans to invest CNY419 million (USD61 million) to acquire Savoye, a French producer of automation programs for distribution centers. The acquisition will give Noblelift access to Savoye's cold chain technology and logistics management software.

Noblelift Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Savoye SA from Groupe Legris Industries for €32.3 million. The deal was announced on June 29, 2018 and completed on October 31, 2019.
