SC Water to acquire Keystone Clearwater Solutions
SC Water LLC signed an agreement to acquire Keystone Clearwater Solutions from American Water Works Company. Keystone will form a strategic partnership with Hydro Recovery LP, creating an integrated water services portfolio for the Appalachian Basin oil and gas industry.
