Burrows Paper Corp. agreed to sell its packaging division to Novolex of Charlotte, North Carolina, in a deal expected to close later in 2016. Terms were not disclosed.
Twin Rivers Paper Co. agreed to acquire the paper division of Burrows Paper Corp. of Little Falls, New York, expanding its specialty paper capacity by about 70,000 tons annually. The deal is expected to close later in 2016 and terms were not disclosed.
