IA signed an MOU with Busan city to invest 150 billion KRW to build a power semiconductor chip production plant in Gijang-gun, Busan, by 2026. The plant will be operated by subsidiary Trinotechnology and create about 100 new jobs.

Trinotechnology wins IGBT power semiconductor supply contract from BYD
Trinotechnology, a subsidiary of IA, has received an order from Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD to supply 600V field stop trench IGBT power semiconductors. The 30A-grade products are expected to generate annual sales of several billion won.
