Hunter Douglas

Purso Group Oy, based in Nokia, Finland, has acquired the share capital of Dutch company Nedal Aluminium B.V. from Hunter Douglas. The acquisition doubles Purso's production capacity and opens new markets in Central Europe.

CertainTeed Corporation signed an agreement to purchase Hunter Douglas' North American ceilings business, which manufactures architectural ceilings and soffit systems with operations in Norcross, Georgia and Denver, Colorado, and 100 employees.

Saint-Gobain has entered into an agreement to purchase the North American ceilings business of Hunter Douglas, a manufacturer of architectural ceilings with two production sites in Norcross, Georgia and Denver, Colorado. The business reported sales of $36 million in 2017.
