Ovation Holdings

Ovation Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of Valve Sales, Inc. (VSI), an Oklahoma City-based supplier of valves, actuators and flow control products to oil and gas producers in Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. The acquisition took effect July 15, 2019.

Allied Valve, Inc. announced a merger with St. Louis-based Automation Service, a remanufacturer of Fisher control valves and Rosemount and Foxboro instrumentation. The merged companies are owned by a new entity, Ovation Holdings, effective May 11, 2018.
