LU-VE S.p.A. has acquired Zyklus Heat Transfer Inc, a US heat exchanger manufacturer based in Jacksonville, Texas, for USD 10 million.

Lu-Ve Group acquired 100% of Zyklus Heat Transfer Inc, a Texas-based manufacturer of heat exchangers for commercial refrigeration and air conditioning, for $10 million. The deal closed on June 26, 2018.
